Responsive search ads became available to all advertisers in every language

Responsive search ads left beta and were opened to all accounts and languages, including support in Google Ads Editor, the API and the mobile app. Google recommended at least one RSA alongside two expanded text ads per ad group and added an asset performance column and ad variations support for RSAs.
