Allowed medication-abortion providers without on-site dispensing to certify as abortion providers

After the FDA removed the in-person dispensing requirement for abortion pills, Google updated the Abortion certification and disclosures policy so advertisers providing medication abortions without dispensing at their own facilities can be certified and receive a 'Provides abortion' disclosure.

Google's change log gives only the month for this post (July 2022); the entry is dated to the first of that month.
