Content API Merchant IDs declared 64-bit signed integers

Google notified developers that Merchant Center IDs in the Content API for Shopping are 64-bit signed integers and that integrations must handle values beyond the 32-bit range.
A follow-up on April 24, 2023 stated that new Merchant IDs created from March 13, 2023 could fall in the 64-bit range, with all new IDs 64-bit by June 2023.
