Government documents and official services policy to allow 'government authorized providers' from March 2023

Google gave notice that in March 2023 the policy would permit government authorized providers to advertise government services alongside government entities, replacing the prior 'delegated provider' definition while grandfathering existing qualified advertisers, with seven days' warning before any suspension.

Google's change log gives only the month for this post (November 2022); the entry is dated to the first of that month.
