Quality Score reporting changed to show a dash instead of a default 6 for keywords without enough data

Keywords with too few exact-match impressions to earn their own score now display a dash (null) rather than a placeholder 6 and are left out of Quality Score filters and reports by default. Google advised checking any scripts or automated rules that depend on Quality Score values.

Google's help page has since been rewritten and no longer carries the announcement date; the 12 September 2016 date comes from the Screaming Frog timeline.
