Google added an example stating that submitting false or fraudulent information through verification programs (including Advertiser Verification) violates the Circumventing systems policy and leads to suspension. No enforcement change. Source

Performance Max campaigns with store goals now automatically serve Promoted Places pins in Waze navigation for US advertisers, using existing assets with no additional setup, optimizing toward store visits, store sales or local actions. Source
