Product reviews became submittable through the Merchant API instead of files only

Google's product reviews documentation now lists "Add product reviews using API" as a supported submission method, where it previously stated that API isn't supported for product reviews data sources. Merchants can create, update, list and delete product reviews programmatically through the Merchant API Reviews sub-API.

• The help page previously read "API isn't currently supported for product reviews data sources"; that line has been replaced with API instructions.
• Review management moved in the UI from ANALYTICS > Reviews > Product reviews > Product review data sources to Products & store > Reviews > Product reviews > Manage product review sources.
• Google added an explicit note that a Google representative must manually review and enable an account after the application is submitted.
• New guidance covers products disapproved for policy reasons (for example healthcare restrictions) and how to request a manual review.
• Terminology was updated from "feed submission" to "data source submission" to match current Merchant Center naming.
