Dashboards launched in Google Analytics for building custom KPI reports on one page

Google Analytics launched Dashboards, a drag-and-drop, grid-based canvas that brings a property's key metrics and visualizations together on a single customizable report. Six card types are available at launch and published dashboards are shared with everyone who can access the property.

The six visualizations are scorecards, tables, line charts, bar charts, donut charts and funnel charts. Standard properties are capped at 15 cards per dashboard and Analytics 360 properties at 30. Editor or Administrator access is required to create and publish a dashboard, and every published dashboard appears in the left navigation for all property users. At launch there is no API support, no segments and no card-level comparisons. This is the manually built version of the feature; the prompt-generated dashboards Google trailed as 'coming soon' in August 2026 are not what shipped here.
