Google Ads API v17 released

Google Ads API v17 renamed Discovery to Demand Gen across the API, fixed page_size at 10,000, added campaign and channel aggregate asset views, full Performance Max batch processing, and campaign-level keyword match type.

• Discovery renamed to Demand Gen in all resources and enums
• page_size fixed at 10,000 (PAGE_SIZE_NOT_SUPPORTED if set)
• New QuotaError values for excessive resource consumption (policy effective June 17, 2024)
• campaign_aggregate_asset_view and channel_aggregate_asset_view
• BatchJobService supports asset_group_operation; REQUEST_TOO_LARGE error
• Campaign.keyword_match_type
• AdService.getAd removed
• primary_status on AdGroupCriterion
