From June 17, 2024 Google throttles resource-intensive GoogleAdsService.Search and SearchStream patterns, returning RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED on v17 and earlier and new EXCESSIVE_SHORT_TERM and LONG_TERM_QUERY_RESOURCE_CONSUMPTION errors on v18 and later.
