From January 20, 2023 Google allows ads for FDA-approved CBD pharmaceuticals and LegitScript-certified topical hemp-derived CBD products (THC 0.3% or less) in California, Colorado and Puerto Rico; CBD was removed from the unapproved supplements list while other CBD products remain disallowed.
Google's change log gives only the month for this post (December 2022); the entry is dated to the first of that month.
