Google announced a warning-then-three-strikes model for repeat violations of the Enabling dishonest behaviour, Unapproved substances and Dangerous products or services policies. Strikes brought 3-day and 7-day account holds and then suspension, each strike expiring after 90 days, with an appeals path.
