Online lottery ads to be allowed in Colombia from October 21, 2026 for CNJSA-authorized operators

Google Ads will update its Gambling and games policy on October 21, 2026 to allow online lottery advertising in Colombia. Operators must be registered with Coljuegos with a valid license, lottery operators must supply their authorization from the Consejo Nacional de Juegos de Suerte y Azar (CNJSA), and advertisers must apply for Google certification before running ads.

Products allowed under the Colombian gambling policy include slot or chance machines, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, bingo, poker, sports betting and lotteries. Google said the policy page itself will be updated when the change goes into effect.
