AI campaign localization tool launched in beta to translate whole Search campaigns

Date
Oct 5, 2026
Primary source
Search Engine Roundtable

A new beta tool uses generative AI to localize an entire Search campaign for a new language or region. It builds a separate new campaign and leaves the original untouched, translating headlines, descriptions, sitelinks, callouts and keywords, and stripping text overlays from images so the translated message can be added as text assets.

  • Access it by selecting an eligible campaign in the Campaigns table and using the Localization option in the Tools menu, or by applying an Optiscore localization recommendation.
  • Landing pages can be translated with a JavaScript snippet, manual URL updates, or bulk find-and-replace.
  • Budgets and bids are copied as-is with no currency conversion.
  • Supported target languages: Dutch, French, French (Canada), German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Spanish (Spain) and Spanish (Latin America and Caribbean).
  • The source campaign must be enabled or paused, with assets and keywords in a supported source language and within entity size limits.
