Promotion mode gained start and end dates, a Target ROAS tolerance and an extra daily budget

Advertisers reported new controls in the promotion mode beta: a promotion start and end date after which the campaign returns to its original settings, an adjustable Target ROAS tolerance for the promotion window, and an optional extra daily budget to pick up additional traffic. It is still a beta and not in every account.
