'Remove redundant keywords' recommendation expanded across match types, favoring broad match

Google announced that from January 19, 2023 the 'Remove redundant keywords' recommendation would also flag keywords across match types, suggesting the broad match version be kept over phrase or exact. Google said applying it would not negatively affect performance.
- Previously the recommendation only compared keywords of the same match type.
- Advertisers with auto-apply enabled for this recommendation were advised to review the setting.
