Google announced that from January 20, 2023 it would permit ads for FDA-approved CBD pharmaceuticals and for topical hemp-derived CBD products with 0.3% THC or less in California, Colorado and Puerto Rico, requiring LegitScript certification and Google certification for recreational CBD products.
