Google Analytics linking and remarketing lists enabled at the manager account (MCC) level

Managers can link a Google Analytics property once at the MCC level rather than per account; accounts added later inherit the link, and Analytics goals, metrics and remarketing lists only need to be imported once. Remarketing tags and lists can also be created in the manager account and shared across the accounts it manages.
