Cross-campaign bulk editing expanded to ad rotation, locations and extensions, with better bulk uploads

Over the following month, ad rotation settings, location targets and ad extensions became editable across many campaigns at once from the web interface, and bulk uploads gained clearer templates plus a preview step to catch errors before applying changes. The update followed manager-account-level AdWords Scripts as part of a push for large-account tooling.
